What is V2 Retail Ltd.’s Return Policy?

We are delighted to inform you about our customer-friendly 7 days return policy. The request can be raised by login to your V2 Kart account on our website, under the Manage Return section in My Account

 

What all products can be returned? 

  • The below-mentioned rules/exceptions are applicable on RETURN:
  • Certain innerwear, cosmetics, socks, deodorants, perfumes, fashion accessories, hair accessories cannot be returned. The list of such items are as follows:
  • Briefs, Shapewear bottoms, or any lingerie set that includes a brief.
  • Mittens, Socks, and Wrist-Bands
  • Due to their intimate nature and hygiene reason, we don’t handle returns for innerwear, sleepwear, and lingerie items differently.
 

Is self-ship allowed in all cases?

Self-ship is only allowed in case the logistic partner does not have the reverse pickup facility available on the customer's area pin code. In such cases, you will be refunded up to INR 100, post quality check of the returned product, 

 

In how many days I can return my products?

Return due to (size and style issues) can be done within 7 days from the date of delivery for all online orders. Tags with the invoice and original packaging should be intact and the product should be unused/unaltered.
In an exceptional case, if the reverse pickup services are not available at the customer's pin code, the customers are advised to self-ship the products and share the tracking receipt on the email at support@v2kart.com

Note:
1. Up to INR 100 will be refunded as courier charges, depending on the feedback shared by the quality check team.
2. In case the return slip is not shared in the email, the warehouse may refuse to accept the un-informed parcel. In such cases, the shipping charges are non-refundable.
In case of self-ship, please ensure to pack the products securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service.

 

What is V2 Retail Ltd.’s 7-day return policy? How does it work?

Our customer-friendly returns policy gives you an option to return items purchased on V2Kart for any reason within 7 days of receipt of the item. We only ask that you don't use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measures to preserve its condition

 

How to raise the return request? What are the steps to be followed? 

You can follow the below-mentioned steps to process the return request through the website:
1. Log in to your V2Kart account with your registered contact details on www.v2kart.com.
2. In "Account Dashboard", click on "Manage Return".
3. At the top right corner, there'll be a button called "Request Return", tap on that.
4. Select the desired order number, you would like to raise return for from the popup that appears on the screen. You'll be displayed all the eligible products for the return.
5. Tap on "Return" on the right side of your screen.
6. Select the right quantity and Reason/Issue from the dropdown.
7. Click on "Submit"
Your request for the return will be processed.

 

What are the parameters for getting the refund, in the case of Return?

Once we receive the returned product at our warehouse, the product will go under a quality check. If the product passes the basic quality parameters (mentioned below), your refund will be processed:
1. The returned product should be unused.
2. Original tags, packaging, and invoice should be intact.
In case of a pre-paid order, the refund will be credited to your same source of payment account. If the returned order was placed as COD, a payout link (powered by Razorpay) will be shared on your registered contact details.

 

How do I return a product to V2 Retail Ltd? 

You can follow the below-mentioned steps to process the return request through the website:
1. Log in to your V2Kart account with your registered contact details on www.v2kart.com.
2. In "Account Dashboard", click on "Manage Return".
3. At the top right corner, there'll be a button called "Request Return", tap on that.
4. Select the desired order number, you would like to raise return for from the popup that appears on the screen. You'll be displayed all the eligible products for the return.

I’ve raised the return request, what should I do next?

Post raising the return request, kindly keep the product packed within the original packaging and hand it over to the logistic person when he/she arrives at your doorstep.

You'll be notified once your return product reaches us and passes the quality check. A separate notification for the refund will also be sent to the customer. 

 

How long would it take me to receive the refund for my return? 

It can take up to 15 days for you to receive your refund. We take up to 2 days to process the refund once we receive the product at our returns processing facility. Therefore, the return time depends on the time it takes the courier company to deliver the packet to the returns processing facility. 

 

How do I return multiple products from a single order? 

In case, you're returning multiple products from the same order and the return request was raised at the very same time, you're advised to pack all the questioned products together and hand them over to the logistic partner. Does V2 Retail Ltd pick up the product I want to return from my location? 

We are always on our toes to provide world-class customer service to our customers. However, in a few exceptional cases, wherein the reverse pickup services aren't available from the logistic partner's end, the customer(s) are advised to self-ship the products. 
We will pick up the return within 2 -3 business days after you place the request. Please keep the return shipment ready. 

 

I would like to Self-Ship the return myself to V2 Retail Ltd. How can I do this? 

The self-ship option can only be availed in case the reverse pickup services aren't available at your area pin code by the logistic partner.
The customers are always advised to share the self-ship tracking receipt on the email atsupport@v2kart.com
